  • No, there is no minimum size requirement. However, the size of the original item will influence the type of product we can create.

  • Our craftsman prefers to work with vegetable-tanned leather, but we understand it may be difficult for customers to identify the leather type. We’ll do our best to assess and work with your item.

  • We accept all types of leather items, regardless of size, provided they are in decent condition. This ensures we can work with the material to create your desired product.

    • Ship it to us: As we begin offering this service, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of shipping your item to us. Once your custom work is complete, we will take care of the return shipping back to you.

    • Drop it off: Visit us in person, and we can arrange a time for you to pick it up when it’s convenient for you.

    • Austin pickup/drop-off service: If you live in Austin, we can pick up and deliver your item for free.

  • We only charge for any additional material used in crafting your new product and a service fee. There are no hidden charges, and we’ll produce a transparent estimate before starting.

  • The timeline varies depending on the complexity of the item and product request. We’ll provide you with an estimated completion date when finalizing the product detail.
